We specialise in the design of Net-Zero Smart Housing (NZH) that are distinguished by their exceptional energy efficiency, utilisation of renewable energy sources, capacity for energy storage, and minimal environmental footprint, as well as integration of smart technology for optimising comfort, and boosting efficiency.
The ESD or SDA process involves an evaluation of a building's design and operational aspects, considering factors such as energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, indoor environmental quality, and the use of sustainable materials. We provide the best advice specific to your project, helping to promote sustainable practices and reduce its ecological footprint.
The minimum requirement for new houses and apartments has been increased from 6 to 7 stars (out of 10). A new annual energy use budget will also apply, to account for a home’s major fixed appliances and any energy generated (e.g. solar panels). Our Accredited NatHERS Assessors provide consultations to improve the building's performance and certify its energy rating.
